There is a small supermarket and an indigenous market just a block down the street from the apartment. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the newer part of town where you’ll find a modern supermarket, two small malls (one of which includes a multiplex cinema) and Parque de la Madre.

The apartment is nice and quiet; it is isolated from the road noise and does not share any walls with neighboring units. In front of the apartment there are some common passageways and a communal green area making it feel more like a house. There is a narrow view from the livingroom looking out towards the end of the project and the trees along the river. At night there is a nice view of the church up on Turi hill which is lit up at night.

This apartment has unrestricted access to the community's many open spaces including a large rooftop terrace with fantastic river views.
