Rather than simply presenting a large number of properties, Veronica focuses on carefully listening to each client’s needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget, and then selecting the properties that best match those priorities.
Completely bilingual in English and Spanish, Veronica also spent several years living in the United States. This experience gave her a strong understanding of both Ecuadorian and North American cultures, allowing her to better understand the expectations, concerns, and needs of international buyers and residents relocating to Ecuador.
Her personalized approach, local market knowledge, and commitment to maintaining long-term relationships have helped many clients feel comfortable navigating the Cuenca real estate market.
